How do I book class?

You can easily book into any class using our free app for iOS and Android or by visiting our website.

What do I need to bring to class?

Please wear appropriate sneakers that you feel comfortable running and lifting in. Please also bring a water bottle. If you forget water, we have water for sale at the studio for $1. We also have a filtered water refilling station available in the studio.

What are your membership options?

 We offer an Unlimited Monthly Membership, 8 classes per month membership, drop-in credits and a 10 class pack with education, military and healthcare discounts available. Take note that we are a cashless business. Learn more here.

When should I arrive?

If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early so we have plenty of time to show you around the studio and answer any questions you might have. If you’re a returning member, we ask that you show up no later than 5 minutes after class has started!

What is your waitlist policy?

If a class time fills up before you could join, get on our waitlist! By doing so, you are agreeing that you can take class should you get in and may receive notice via text as early as 45 mins before the class start time. You are also agreeing to our cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation and no show policy?

The no show penalty fee is $10 for unlimited membership holders. If you are an Empire 8 or 10 class pack holder, you will lose your class credit.


Members have up to 5 hours before the start of class to cancel. The late cancellation penalty fee is $10 for unlimited membership holders. If you are an Empire 8 or 10 class pack holder, you will lose your class credit.

What if I need to leave early?

If you need to leave class early, we kindly ask that you let your instructor and staff know ahead of time.
