EMPIRE HOUR
Expect a high calorie burn and to reach new levels every day with your performance in 60 minutes. Empire Hour is a combination of training like no other. You'll be enhancing your strength training with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sleds and bodyweight plyometric movements, while improving your cardiovascular health with treadmills, echo bikes and concept rowers.
BUILD
60 minutes of strength training, no cardio. With Build, we will focus on training with proper technique, intensity and breathing while keeping your heart rate low throughout the entire class and maximizing rest time between sets. We will be training with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and some bodyweight movements.
