Meet The Owners

Sammy grew up an athlete playing baseball, basketball, and football all throughout high school and eventually went on to play college baseball.

Once his college athletic career was over, helping people transform their lives through fitness became a real passion. He became the head coach of Orangetheory Fitness in Hewlett on Long Island in NY. Sam then moved south to Raleigh for the same position at the Raleigh-Midtown location, where he later met his wife, Erin Siegel.

After several years in the industry, Sam realized there was a lot missing from the group fitness industry and he and Erin decided to embark on this journey of making a dream a reality and opening Empire Training Academy. Lets build an Empire!
